My Services

Muscle and Method (Back to Top)

Procedure designed to access the central nervous system to get the body to re-adjust and normalize itself.  By stimulating specific muscles the body has not been using makes the central nervous system re-boot and re-adjust the way it is functioning.

Muscle Release Technique (Back to Top)

Muscle Realease Techique
This technique works with the body.  It shows the body that it does not need to be in its protective nature at that present moment.  Always being in a protective state causes the body to tighten until it causes pain. This technique resets that loop the body is in in a pain free way that the body understands and will keep if the body experiences it enough.

The Dissovlement of Limitations (Back to Top)

The Dissovlement Of Limitations
This treatment has been in the making for a long time and encompasses everything I have learned since I came out of school. For years I have been searching for an answer to my wrist problem and a way to gain optimum health. I believe I have found that answer with this new treatment. This treatment does exactly what it says, it dissolves limitations. By definition a limitation is a limiting condition; restrictive weakness; lack of capacity, inability or handicap. It is anything that is holding you back or slowing down your process of expanding and feeling what truly matters. I will be applying all the techniques you are used to, plus adding the Reike and energy work I have been doing all along in the background of our sessions. This will be a full body treatment, which will be different from the spot work I have been teaching all of you. The teaching aspect will come after the session if you have questions about the treatment. The way this treatment works is through influencing all your body’s internal systems, including your lymphatic, circulatory, and digestive system, your energetic lay out, and your mental capacity. The treatment will leave the body feeling peaceful and tranquil and you will start thinking clearly and positively. While this body treatment is for everyone, some people may not understand it. Some will see and feel the difference immediately whereas others will not and that is okay. Once the work has been done the body will work at its own pace clearing and healing, rather than it consistently protecting itself from all the stresses of daily life. This treatment is formulated to do work during the session, however most takes part after the session is over. It will help you through your everyday life to feel better, think clearer, and lose those limitations that hold you back.

Reiki (Back to Top)

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing that cleanses and balances the energy patterns in the body. As a result, the body’s natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum mental, emotional, and physical health.
During a session, I work in energetic connection with you in order to remove blockages, detoxify your energy system, and restore your vital life force energy.  The Reiki technique utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us.  The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

Swedish Massage (Back to Top)

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Energy Work (Back to Top)

Energy Work
Similar to Reiki, however this technique works with the clients energy as well as the therapists.  Basically what I do is make you more aware of the energy you possess withing yourself.  Over time you can use your own energy to heal yourself whenever needed.  This technique takes body awareness and the ability to notice different sensations in the body.  It encourages a connection with the body which many people have lost

Sports Massage (Back to Top)

Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics.  Engaging in sports is harsh on the body and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term.  Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pains and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates.  Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging greater kinesthetic awareness and in turn promoting the body’s natural immune function.

Trigger Point Therapy (Back to Top)

Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing “trigger points” in your body.  Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle tissue rather than along the energy pathways of the body.  These ‘knots’ are built up throughout a person’s life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress.  During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points.  This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.

Acupressure (Back to Top)

Acupressure is a form of bodywork similar to acupuncture, with the aim of stimulating specific points along the energy lines of the body to establish overall health and vitality by balancing your Qi (energy) flow.  Unlike acupuncture however, with this modality I use my hands to apply pressure to the specific points rather than needling, producing similar therapeutic results.

CranioSacral Therapy (Back to Top)

CranioSacral Therapy is a bodywork method that focuses on gently stimulating your CranioSacral system (membranes and fluid that surround the brain and spinal cord) to heal the body by improving the functioning of the central nervous system. CST effectively complements your body’s natural healing process, and has been known to help alleviate a wide variety of problems including:

  • Central Nervous System Disorders

  • Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

  • TMJ

  • Fibromyalgia

Pregnancy Massage (Back to Top)

Pregnancy Massage is a form of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women.  Pregnancy is a time in which a woman’s body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical, mental, and emotional changes.  Using various techniques specifically for the new mother, Pregnancy Massage helps alleviate discomforts experienced throughout the pregnancy.  The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the reduction of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, improved breathing and relaxation, and relief from uncomfortable digestive issues.

Myofascial Release (Back to Top)

Myofascial Release stretches the myofascial unit – a combination of muscles and the fascia, a thin layer of tissue covering every muscle. When a muscle is injured or strained, the fascia around it tightens. By strechting both areas together, the therapist relieves soreness in the muscle and repairs the tightened fascia.

Deep Tissue Massage (Back to Top)

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don’t get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
